Free Shipping:

• Free First Class Package Shipping on orders over $15.
• Free Priority Mail Shipping on orders over $50

Orders Comprised Of All In Stock Items:

• Orders placed by 10AM CST Monday through Friday, will ship out the Same Day.
• Orders placed after 10AM CST on Friday will ship out on or before Monday.
• Please Note: We always try to ship out your order as quickly as possible. If your order is placed after the daily cut off time, but is built, packed and ready to go before our shipping pickup for the day, we will ship out your order the same day as well.
• Orders placed on a holiday will ship the next business day.

Orders With One Or More Back-Ordered Items:

• All Orders Ship Complete.
• Any order that contain one or more Back-Ordered Item(s) will typically ship within 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed.
• If you have any questions on current availability feel free to contact us at any time and we can give you exact availability for an item you are looking at.
  (Back-ordered Items are items that are typically stocked, but do not have sufficient inventory to fulfill your requested amount for your order at that time. Due to the number of variations we offer the per item inventories often display a lower quantity than we may be able to build at that given time. This means many items showing as “Back-Ordered” and/or “Available To Back-Order” may be able to be shipped the same business day.)

• Any orders that contain one or more Special Order Item(s) will typically ship within 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed.
  (Special Order Items are sizes, colors and/or styles that we do not normally stock, in order to fulfill your order we have to source your requested size, color and/or style in order to build your Custom Thumb Screw.)
